On my '89 I sometimes get that clicking if I have been messing around with
the instrument cluster and I can usually quiet it by removing the instrument
cluster cover and realigning the speedo cable (changing the angle at which it
meets the speedo).  Be careful when doing this at speeds over 120 mph.
