Hi, my name is Dean and I'm buying a 1990 Westy.  This is my first
water-cooled
VW after many years with air-cooleds.  My daily driver is a '71 Super
Beetle.
I'll be picking up the camper later this week.  I've lurked a bit in the
past
and count on this list as a great source of information.  I hope I can
eventually
add to it.  Maybe a trip report after my wife, two kids, and our yellow lab
go to hike two of the Adirondack's high peaks later this month.
