Welcome Dean,

Good luck with the new wheels .. I had a 70 + a 72 Bettle the 72 did 140,000 miles in the 14 years I had it.. Great car, it just wore + rusted out.. Where do you live ???

I will be up Hiking in the Dak's the weekend of 10/11+12 , look for a white EVC with four guys .. My 28 year son + his twin 21 year old brothers + I are doing a father son hike weekend .. We plan to do Giant + Rocky top one day + Cascard + something else close the other day.. That will give me close to or around 30 of the high peak summits..

Steve D Hartford CT area 02 EVC
