Volks, I must confess that my Westy and I have not been living the ethical life lately. For a while the van has been running very rich such that my eyes get irritated by the gas if I'm anywhere near the engine. I've also had this backfiring ailment which I've tried to control by using the AFM screw. Things were not as critical when my commute to work was .89 miles, however, that recently changed to about 70 miles round trip and I'm burning lots of gas, scaring people on the road with the backfiring and killing the environment! (and my wallet) I know this probably is one of those Ad Nauseam topics but does anyone have a quick run down list of what I need to look at before recurring to our beloved credit system???

Muchas Gracias

Jorge
