This is the socket that removes the pinion nut. Its a very high torque and in a hard to reach place. I doubt it would be easily fabricated. www.longenterprises.com will rent the tool for $30 plus shipping. If you need to replace the pinion bearing then you will also need another special tool to torque the 1st gear inner needle bearing race.
