Subject: Dameware? NVC
Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed

Good evening computer literate audience out there:

All of a sudden I have something called "Dameware" running on my toolbar. What is this? I was warned by my school that some nasty hacking-type viruses were being passed around. Is this it? I tried the Windows Update route to patch up the holes (as instructed) but a couple of updates would not install.

What to do? I run Windows 2000 Pro.

Thanks Jeff
