Well, the ice can be caused by poor drainage at the drip holes (though usually this will cause and ice cold shower than the cubes you seem to have found... Turn the thermostat UP (warmer) so that the AC isn't cooling as much. This way your condensation won't freeze and will be able to drain away. This is usually only a problem when in a super humid environment (of course that's the whole east coast right now....)
