whoops forgot to send this to the list as well ---------------------- Forwarded Message: --------------------- From: tromper@comcast.net To: Budd Premack <bpremack@MN.RR.COM> Subject: Re: fridge for weekender Date: Fri, 08 Aug 2003 23:20:46 +0000 In addition to the link I pmailed which has a very nice setup with removable cabinet, there are also various coolers you can run off your cigarette lighter, or perhaps even adapt to silver socket. I have a smaller console unit for road- trips that will fit some basics, and keep the soda cold 'nuff even in hot weather. The bigger ones, which are roughly the size of a westie fridge, ran around $100 when not on sale last I saw. I've seen 'em on sale as low as $60. The smaller ones run 35+, and fit between the front seats kinda neatly Tromper 82 Dieselfant II Everything but the kitchen sink > A few years ago I went to an RV dealer and saw a portable fridge powered by > 110/12 volts or standard small propane canister.
