Volks, Just picked up the new engine from Boston Bob -- doing a little prep work before installing it. What's the best way of flushing the long coolant lines and the radiator prior to installing the new engine? I've got the bus up on jackstands in the rear; should I lower the back end, raise the front end, and shoot a hose into one of the long coolant pipes? I just want to ensure that my new engine runs on nice, clean coolant (fresh OEM VW blue coolant standing by).
