Almost, but no cigar. =) The percent symbol, followed by a two-digit hexadecimal code, is used to encode special characters. The space "character" is represented by "%20", so to get our corrected URL: http://home.ix.netcom.com/~lbusch/Hatch%20Latch3.jpg
