Sorry, Brett. I don't own or use shotguns. When someone screws with me I just
use one or two of my lawyers. They come cheaper in bunches. Works for me. Of
course, you would still need to make sure the matter was worth prosecuting.
Check with your friendly neighborhood barrister. Sounds like a matter of his
word against yours though. Except maybe you have email proof of your
communication. The question you have to ask yourself is do I send good money after bad
money?
