Currentley you have a 21.6% mixture (4/18.5). If you drain two gallons you
would be left with 10.5 quarts of this mixture, times 21.6% means there is
~2.3 quarts of anti-freeze left. Add two gallons of anti-freeze raises the
total to 10.3 quarts, ending up with ~%55.

Problem is the last guy to refill it used one gallon of antifreeze and
filled it with water.  So how much do I drain and refill with 100 %
antifreeze to get to 50-50?  Thatıs why the math part.
