Subject:      Ever install a CD changer under the front seats?

There is a very nice CD changer sized space under the front
driver and passenger seats if you cut out the metal wall in
front (and teporarily remove the swivel). Has anyone done
this? Is this an OK place to install one of these? Is there
any issue screwing something down to the bottom or do I have
to worry about the screws hitting something underneith? What
about the sides?
