Washington State is 7'6" IIRC (I used to live in Kingston...)  BC ferries
depends on route. 6'8" to 7'0".  Best if you actually measure.  Tire size
can play a big difference.  You could air down before arrival if your close
to the height restriction and air up again at the other side.

BC Ferries has recently "privatized" and has installed electronic sensors in
most toll booths instead of the old chains or sticks.  However the rate is
now per foot overheight as opposed to just "overheight"  so there is not as
much of a penalty.
