I have dealt with Chris and observed him on the List for about 5 years. He has a lot of spare parts which he sells to Listees and to others. If Chris weren't pretty decent about all of his dealings, he would have likely been blackballed long ago. Please cut him a little slack. Like many of us, he is a Vanagon enthusiast who is trying to do the right thing.

Also, I agree with Chris's response in that we should almost always try to resolve disputes via p-mail, and air them to the List only if really necessary.
