Ya, this is my experience too. I've ordered maybe a dozen times from BD without major incident. One time a jack was boxed a little inadequately, the corner of the box was ripped some but everything arrived OK and timely. I have been a luckt dog with all our usual vendors. Particularly consistent and + experiences with BD, Vanagain, GoWesty, Volks Café, Steve's Lock Shoppe, McKenzies.com, Fiamma out of Florida.
