EERO VW is the local Dealership. Careful in dealing with them. Check in with Carl Vernon, if he is still there. He is their top mechanic, been there for years. Not much he doesn't know about VW engines. Johnson's Repair is also one in Anchorage, if he's still in operation. Works at home, exclusively VW. Glen's Auto (Glen's Foreign Auto) just out of Soldotna on the Sterling Highway down on the Kenai. He did my work for years. Good man, reasonable for Alaska prices. He's in the Soldotna phone book. Over the years, Glens is the one I got the best service from overall.
