Ken,

Ya, I checked out the archives for a long time and could not find anything on this specific problem. All I could find was information on the odometer freezing problem which is triggered by pressing the tripometer while the car is moving... I would greatly appreciate the information if you know where to look in archives. My original message 1998 in is in the archives but I don't remember the responses I got and once again I became too busy I suppose (my fault). I due remember that none of the responses I got were all that helpful... My original message is here:

It has been sometime so details are fuzzy. I suggest you peruse the archives. I now this has been disscussed before and hopefully you can find some useful details. I am at work right now but when I get home I will look at the spare. That is if I haven't tossed it.
