When I took this apart to replace a burned out brake light, I see that in the middle there are 2 slots for bulbs. I only have a bulb in one of the middle slots. When I look at the Vanagon Manual, the picture too only shows 1 of the middle slots with a back up light bulb. Is the correct or should the middle section have a back up light bulb in the upper and also in lower middle round holes?

Also the book shows the brake light as having 21 W but when I went to store to buy and looked in jthe reference guide for brake light replacement it was only 5w. I got and installed but was this wrong and it should have been 21 W as in vanagon manual?
