Hopefully you are home by now.  Otherwise, you can rent a 15 ft UHaul truck and a flat bed tow dolly to put the Vanagon on.  I can't estimate the charges but it ran us approx $350 from Cape Cod to Southern VT in June when the we lost the heads.
