The guy says he doesn't have a credit card to set up an Ebay account but he has feedback?

Beware of these international deals, it's MUCH harder to get any kind of recourse if things go wrong.

I'd stay away, I'd rather spend the extra money for peace of mind than risk it on a sketchy deal like this...
