I wouldn't touch either of those with a ten foot pole. I would forward them to eBay security. I've done a fair amount of buying and selling on eBay over the last few years, most recently 20+ items of camera gear, just mailed off the last item two days ago. I've never seen anything quite like this. I've sold to several overseas buyers and 'the smell test' is about the only backup you have. The stress for speed in the transaction is a major red flag.
