Hola John and list,

Parts list other than stock (in no particular order):

-Crank stroked out to 82mm and counterweighted by DPR in Santa Ana, CA. You'll have to go through a shop to get there as they don't typically deal with individuals. -2.1 Rods rebuilt w/1.9 hardware (non-stretch), clearanced and balanced by DPR (i ended up finishing the balance within .2 grams, just because i could) -Case clearanced for counterweights. Mostly around the middle bearing web. I did that myself with a dremel. That took a while :-) -95mm pistons & cylinders purchased at Tassi's in Daly City, CA. Purchased a set of total seal rings to go with them. -Piston tops shaved down by .140" to maintain compression ratio (.120" to accomodate stroke, and an extra .020" for CR) -Big-Valve heads purchased from mr. Boston Bob Donalds (an indespensible engine build resource) -Ceramic coating of combustion chamber & exhaust valves/port through Stan Wilder. Miscommunication left gasket sealing surface un-coated. I was a little dissapointed by that, but didn't have enough time to do anything about it. -OEM german oil pump (re-used) -Reground cam, german lifters -2.1 intake manifold & throttle body -1.9 FI -S&S exhaust manifold

I think that is pretty much it... i need to help pack up the house, anyway :-)

-Damon

===== '84 Westy (Sparky) w/2.3L WBX (woo hoo! my first engine build works!)
