I didn't look into it beyond the surface, as I'm not interested for myself (my Caravelle has factory jailbars anyway, and if it didn't I wouldn't be interested).

But if the bars are too short for the Type 25, perhaps they'd sell just the cast center/end fittings, and you can source aluminum tube to make the bars?

Another option, for making kits from scratch, would be to mill pieces of extruded square-section or thick "strap" to make center & end sections. These could retain the extruded surfaces, as the square appearance would not conflict with the van's styling.
