I have one but haven't put it in yet...however, a few weeks ago I put in a new driver's side one I got at Parts Place, and it stays put. I did have to tighten it a little out of the box, but once I did that I didn't have to mess with it anymore. The Bus Depot mirror sitting on my desk looks like exactly the same item as the Parts Place mirror, right down to coming in the same box, so I'd expect the quality to be about the same. My only complaint is that the mirror surface on the Parts Place one is not completely flat -- there are distortions at the edges. This isn't serious, though, just slightly annoying. The Bus Depot one seems to be flat.
