Subject:      Fiberglass Side Skirt  Removal

Esteemed List,
        I have found the 10mm nuts under the drivers side skirt but it seems to be
on a bolt rather than a stud. It just keeps turning bun not loosening. I
can't get another wrench in there to hold the bolt. Has anyone removed this
skirt? If so, what's the procedure?
