Make sure you have shower shoes!!! There's some nasty strains of athletes foot in those showers. Same rule applies when you're traveling in Europe and using shared showers.

You walk up to the register and tell them you would like to take a shower. They usually charge about $5. They will hand you a towel, soap, and maybe shampoo and give you a number. When your number is called, go take your shower.

I've only done six weeks vacation in my van, but could do it indefinitely. But I haven't figured out how to get to use truck stop showers. Any suggestions? Stan 87 Syncro
