Have been using this setup(rear hatch shower) last 2 years when wild camping near river. Have large black plastic container used to bring food and drinks to campsite fill with water and leave on the sun whole day, it get comfy warm. Clamp showerhead(homemade)on the edge of open hatch, plug pump(small but powerful bilge pump from Walmart, Westy pump too weak)into outlet in rear cabinet and turn switch on...also have flow control on shower head.
