Dang..You guys are a tough crowd....I understand the frustration when you get incorrect parts thought the mail...it's a pain...but like Ron said....he's human. Keep in mind he has a family to go home to...headaches....depression...nerves just like the rest of us. If you don't like his service go somewhere else and let fate take it's course with his business...if he truley sucks at running a business....his business will fail...If he would not return your money or avoided trying to correct the problem....I could understand the "harsh" words but...come on....there are people starving in the world....people shoot other people because of being cut off in traffic.... get a grip...and waste your anger on something more worthwhile.... later, jesse one part hippie...one part redneck....
