I agree...

I have ordered and have have had few issues with the parts ordered from the BD. I have also ordered parts from local suppliers, except, when the parts come in I can, in most cases, immediately confirm whether they are right or not! Parts can more easily easily be returned to the vendor if they are found to be defective or out of spec! THIS CANNOT BE DONE WHEN ORDERING PARTS OVER THE INTERNET.

When parts are ordered over the internet you need to receive the parts before you can inspect them. We cannot expect to compare the issues with parts ordered through a local supplier vs. parts ordered over the internet. This would be much easier to resolve if you could bring the parts back to and discuss the issue with the endor.
