Just kinda curious, I have an old 5 spd dsl trannie with a cracked slider..Daryl would RnR is for a fair chunk of change, and my van's kinda ugly so I haven't gotten 'round to it(gfriend would kill me right now we're house hunting).

Three questions.

A.) any good estimates on parts B.) would I be insane for trying to do it myself. I'm not a complete dolt but am far from experienced this would be my first crack at a trannie. C.) Is it worth something as stands to someone who knows what they're doing?

Thanks Folks
