Is it nomal to just get a spray when the key is turned then it shuts off???? I might have freaky injector stuff after the car starts I think, sure it pulsed but i think i saw it go constant before turning the key off after a full key turn.

my grounds are clean but i'll check the trans, its a new wire

I sure wish i could swap an ECU before $$ one.
