Oh yeah, forgot to mention, you can find all sorts of nifty 12v cooking gear at a really good boat shop. I was in a Boaters World shop in Bradenton FL looking for rustproofing spray when I came across coffee makers, blenders, toasters, hot plates, skillets, and I swear I saw a 12v microwave. Tons of cool stuff. And, most important, some of the nicest cup holders you'll ever see. (You can shop at boatersworld.com.)

So get some plastic tubs and a 12v microwave and make your own westy. ;-)
