Thanks, all, for the prompt replies. I didn't realize it was a dual filament bulb, but I'm sure you guys are right (currently away from my van). But, since it's been an intermittent problem, I don't think it's the bulb. A few have suggested that it's a poor/corroded contact, so I'm thinking that could be the problem. Makes sense.
