I have an 84 and a 91 Vanagon both 2WD GLs. One of the things I love about them is the tight turning circle. Next to scaring the bejezus out of first-time passengers by pulling up REALLY close when I'm parking I love showing off how tightly I can turn the van around. So, anyway, I've been coveting a Syncro for a long time and am wondering how the front drive geometry is different. My question is to those Listers that have experience with both 2 and 4WD models. Is there a difference in turning radius and, if so, how much? Thanks Tom Brobst |
