For those curious about my difficult to light Fridge - after finally getting it
going Thursday night (after running it on 12V for a while - this seemed to
do the trick when nothing else would), it ran flawlessly all weekend, for
300+ kms of rough roads, including 4 times across small creeks, and
plenty of other excitement that had my wife clutching the holy sh*t handles
frantically. An internal temp gauge showed an average of about 5C all
weekend, rising to ~8C when outside temps were ~30C, and falling to -4C
(!) overnight when temps were down to ~12C.

I do plan on pulling it again to check the hard lighting problem, but that will
have to wait for now...
