Looks like it's in pretty nice condition. I wonder if the "mystery bumper bolts" were for a towbar? My rear bumper is even worse than yours, incidentally.

You should replace the missing spark plug wire seals. The area where the spark plugs thread in is one of the hottest parts of the engine, and you don't want to lose cooling air pressure there.
