When I was installing the new alternator, I noticed that a relay pulls when the
battery is connected.  The best I can tell is that it is somewhere near the
driver's seat.  Could be the fuse panel area, or maybe under the sink.

This is interesting, since whatever it's for, it's always pulling current when
the van is parked.  Good thing I have the automatic trickle charger plugged in
most of the time.

So, what is the relay doing?

BTW, the Bentley is just about useless when it comes to the charging system on
these vehicles.  I was quite disappointed.  Anyone have a better reference?
