I'll second that with one caveat. I bought the round tubing holders but didn't buy the tubes since I didn't want to pay the over-size shipping charges. Turns out the holes in the tube holders are exactly 1" and the only thing I can find that fits is steel 1" tubing. But this is unpainted and only 4' long.

So if you're planning to use tubes to hold Yakima equipment, etc., you'll probably have to buy the proprietary tubes or get the tube holders opened up an 1/8" or so. I tried copper tubing, EMT conduit, Yakima tubes, etc. but nothing fits.

These are well made parts, though, if you need just the mounts. I'm planning on building a full lenght roof rack for my non-camper and then sleeping on the roof. Sort of a poor man's "pop top".
