Hi, i'm in the middle of doing a simple replacement of the lower front shock bolt that shook loose in Baja. Unfortunately it is not as simple as it seems (as usual). The nut and bolt requires a weird cone shaped split washer thingy that slides on the bolt before you put it through the lower control arm and the shock. If you don't use it the control arm bolt hole is too big and i suppose the bolt would come undone again from wiggling around and not seating correctly. Any idea what this is and where to get it? You can see it in the Bentley but there is no part number and the dealer was less than helpful (City VW in San Diego). Any help to get my 3-shock wondervan driving again would be appreciated-THANKS!!! Adam
