Phil, thank you for the suggestion. I know that even though fuel pump is okay and fuel filter is clean, that the pump isn't operating when I crank the engine. No fuel pressure. Also, changing ECU didn't help. So question is where is the problem and how to track it down? When I look at wiring diagrams, it looks like it could be ignition control module which I think needs to send signal to ECU for ECU to signal fuel pump or the fuel pump relay itself.
