Hi! I used the wisdom of the list, and went disconnecting injectors and spark plugs while the engine was running. I discovered cylinder 1 was not firing/fueling. I fixed the injector connection, and it started fueling (and thus, firing). When I fixed this, the engine had more power (how about 23 percent? :-) ). But, it started smoking. Now, all cylinder have 120 lbs compression, etc. Does this mean I have a bad injector? The head is new, valves new, etc. I have a spare injector, so it would almost take less time than discussion this. But, I wanted to share that again, the wisdom of the list helped out. Jon |
