I just took mine off today. On my 91 CDN model, There is a screw in the back - under the panel where the door holder slides - and a screw in the front - same, under the panel where the door holder slides. Then the panel just slides straight up (one needs to pull the bottom out to cleanr the screw brakcets). Try putting some oil down the panel seam from the top. I can send digi-pics if you desire.

Is it pushing the washer stick (on the steering wheel column) forward????

Two tiny holes below/under the clock face one for minutes and one for hours. Push and hold. Sometimes the dimples get caught in the 'in' position and the clock keeps cycleing, for that one must take the instrument panel off and remove the clock.

With the power mirrors, There is a way to remove the mirror (tongue/tab rotates in behind mirror) and then one can break off the stops to allow the mirror to adjust more. Its covered in Bentley I think. Malcolm
