Like many people told you, you should get a gas mileage of 18 mpg with 198 miles and 11 usg. It is the average gas mileage of a Westy. So far the best I did with my Westy 87 (auto trans.) was 21.5mpg. May be you can get 25mpg with a manual Westy but I wonder you can get more than that. Infortunately this van is not burning gas as a compact car.
