The link that Roy Olynick posted last night is to the web page that I have converted to an Adobe pdf file and mentioned in my offer to share info I had pulled from the archives and web. I will send it to those who have requested anyway, so you can have it permanently stored on your computer. He has kindly shared this link before, but when I saved the web page, I didn't make a note of the source. The pictures are excellent.
