While Chris is giving good advice, let me chime in and suggest that the foam around the Propane lines, as they pass through the bottom of the van (right behind the left front wheel), is another area for water and salt to get in. I had to make a new plate and cut new foam for that area. Plus a lot of Krown anti-rust oil. M
