James, check the voltage at the headlamp socket. It was or should have been 9.5 or thereabouts. It now should be 11.5 thereabouts. If not, then you have a wiring problem somewhere. Did you fix the grounds as indicated in my instructions ? Regarding the bulbs, if you can't find them locally I offer them for sale.
