I got it from a web site that does custom bumper stickers -- you select
the background you want, then type in whatever text you desire.  I'm at
work right now so I can't give you the exact URL I used (it's bookmarked
at home) but you can probably find a number of places that do this with a
web search.  If not, send me mail later and I'll find my bookmark.
