 If they are not rolling smoothly then it's because the balls have either 
failed or lost lubrication.  If the balls are still good then you can introduce 
lubrication by gently prying off the seal on one side of the bearing and 
packing the bearing with grease then snap the seal back in place.  Putting grease on 
the tack just attracts dirt and grime that will eventually destroy the ball 
bearings.  This goes for the lower track and bearings also.
