Subject:      All of PA must get emissions inspection!!!

Title said it all!  If you live in PA and did not have
to get you vehicles emission inspected, things are
changing.  As I have heard, the entire state will soon
be requried to have the emissions inspection.  Well,
I've got some thinking to do.  With an engine swap
my SS vanagon will fail just at the visual inspection.
I'm not sure what to do, maybe stop driving at 4900
miles to get a milage waver.....  What a life.
